Lacie joined tSB as the Interim Executive Director in September 2017 and assumed the permanent role in December 2017. Prior to tSB, Lacie served as the Director of Development & Communications for College Access Now (CAN). She led all aspects of CAN’s marketing and fundraising efforts as well as provided strategic leadership, planning, analysis and recommendations as a member of the leadership team.
Prior to CAN, Lacie served as the Area Development Director for UNCF (United Negro College Fund) for seven years, where she led the Pacific Northwest office. She was responsible for all fundraising, programmatic and outreach efforts in the Pacific Northwest region which primarily included Washington, Oregon and Alaska. During her tenure, the UNCF Pacific NW office raised over $15 million dollars and supported over 5,000 UNCF local students and scholarship recipients.
Lacie graduated in 2003 from the University of Washington Foster School of Business with her BA in Business Administration and a minor in Communications. She is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. As a Seattle native, Lacie is heavily involved with several local community organizations through her service as a volunteer, board member and committee member. She enjoys sports and is an active tennis player.
